About the career test
The test is built on the Holland interest model, the most widely used framework in career guidance. It sorts work into six styles: Builder (realistic, hands-on), Thinker (investigative), Creator (artistic), Helper (social), Persuader (enterprising) and Organiser (conventional).
Your three strongest styles make your code, for example "SAE". Careers are matched on their two main styles, so a nurse (Helper + Thinker) ranks high for people who love helping and solving problems.
Interests predict job satisfaction well, but they are only part of the picture. Combine your result with your skills, values and the local job market, and talk to a careers adviser for a big decision.
